The company rents and sells storage, office and production premises in the Central Uusimaa area. Premises are offered in Tuusula, Nurmijärvi, Kerava and Sipoo, ranging from 2 m² to 836 m². Both heated and unheated spaces are available, and some have their own entrance.
Small storage units for household goods are also offered, along with parking spaces for motorcycles, caravans and cars. At Rajamäki there is yard space and parking for caravans and cars. Owners with empty space can have it re-rented through the company, and commercial premises are sold as well.
