Founded in 1991, the engineering consultancy designs balancing for heating and domestic hot-water networks. It also prepares heating substation renewal plans and drawings, and acts as a responsible specialist for contractors working with district heating plants. Esko Laurila contributed balancing expertise to industry RT guidance cards in 2022.
Contractors can obtain plan assessments, on-site advice and instructions for balancing work. Services include investigating HVAC faults, airflow and room-temperature measurements, site training and theory sessions for small groups. The office is in Minuntalli.
