This workshop is run by the city and offers learning by doing in a variety of work tasks. The guidance and youth work workshop focuses on guidance and youth work tasks, and is active in schools and leisure settings. Participants receive individual guidance and coaching to strengthen working life skills.
Skills gained in work placements can be credited towards a vocational qualification. Duration, working hours and conditions are agreed according to the participant's situation, and the guidance language is Finnish. The workshop has been awarded the national work workshop quality mark by Into – etsivä nuorisotyö ja työpajatoiminta ry.
