The gym is open around the clock with a personal key tag and sits in the Terhola area. The high, spacious hall is air-conditioned and holds over 100 machines, plus several benches, squat stations and a deadlift platform. Equipment is serviced and updated regularly, and the range suits beginners and experienced lifters alike.
Beginners can take a starter package with two weeks of gym access, a key tag and 2–3 sessions with a personal trainer, and guidance is also available for experienced trainees. Membership comes as monthly, fixed-term or 10-visit cards, with single visits possible. Corporate staff memberships and group starter packages are offered. Cash, cards, ePassi, Eazybreak, Edenred and Virikeseteli are accepted. The facilities, car park and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
