Heating work includes boilers, heat pumps, water-based underfloor heating and radiators, alongside water pipes, drains, sanitary fixtures, ventilation and cooling.
Earthworks include excavation, plot preparation, drainage and foundations. A tipping trailer with removable sides and a 2,700 kg payload is available for hire. Work at a home or holiday home may qualify for Finland's household tax deduction.
