The practice offers cognitive psychotherapy for mental health concerns, with an emphasis on schema therapy methods. Treatment can be Kela-funded rehabilitative psychotherapy or covered by an insurance company's payment commitment, and short-term therapy can be paid for privately. One-off situation assessments and introductory visits are also available.
The therapist is a Valvira-licensed psychotherapist and nurse (AMK) with a background in psychiatric specialist care and youth psychiatry, and is trained as a supervisor in cognitive psychotherapy, working with groups and individuals. Therapy is either short-term (6–20 sessions) or long-term (1–3 years), usually weekly, with homework between sessions. Remote appointments use secure video connections approved by Kela and Valvira. The clinic is a short walk from the train and bus station, services are also offered in Helsinki, and an accessible toilet is available.
