Psychotherapy is offered for adults and children. The practice is run by two specialist psychologists and psychotherapists, Nina Pyykkönen and Antti-Jussi Pyykkönen. Both are licensed by Valvira and recognised by Kela, and both also work as supervisors and hold ICF-accredited coaching credentials (ACC). Nina Pyykkönen has over 20 years of psychotherapy practice and is a doctoral researcher at the University of Eastern Finland.
The therapy is psychodynamic-integrative, drawing on mentalization-based, depth and eco-psychological perspectives. The work explores the unconscious through dreams, imagery, creative methods such as sand tray work, and bodily awareness. Themes include life meaning, values, spirituality and the relationship with nature, with a focus on people in midlife transitions. Clients include people facing life crises, exhaustion, anxiety or depression, and those seeking direction or their own voice. Booking in advance is recommended, and there is a toilet on the premises.
