The psychotherapist offers cognitive psychotherapy for mental health concerns, with a focus on schema therapy methods. Options include Kela-funded rehabilitative psychotherapy, psychotherapy covered by insurance payment commitments, privately paid short-term therapy, one-off situation assessments and introductory visits. Therapy can be short-term (6–20 sessions) or long-term (1–3 years), usually weekly, with homework between sessions. The therapist is a licensed psychotherapist (Valvira) and nurse with a background in psychiatric specialist care and youth psychiatry, and also offers supervision to groups and individuals.
Appointments are required. Services are also offered in Helsinki, and the clinic is a short walk from the train and bus station. Remote appointments run over secure video connections approved by Kela and Valvira. Accessible parking is available, but the entrance, toilet and seating are not wheelchair accessible.
