Founded in 1999, the contractor handles new builds, renovations and plumbing system renovations. Structural scanning locates objects inside concrete, including behind reinforcement meshes. Work also covers apartment, kitchen, bathroom and sauna renovations and fire stops.
HEPA-filtered negative pressure units and air purifiers control dust during plumbing renovations. Diamond drilling equipment has slurry suction and recycling, allowing work in occupied homes. The company employs 5–6 carpenters, some with VTT wet-room installation certification, and uses long-standing subcontractors. It serves Southern Finland.
