This renovation and construction company was founded by installers and works in the area around its base. Its work covers facade renovation and exterior cladding, sauna renovation, and window and door replacement, using Oulux windows and doors: windows, exterior doors, premium wooden doors and terrace doors. It also builds log houses and log villas in cooperation with Vaaran Aihkitalot Oy, plus fences, canopies, rainwater systems, terraces and patios, and additional insulation.
Clients are private persons, companies and housing companies. Work is project-based: after a survey visit the client receives a written quote and contract. Renovation waste is removed and recycled, the site is cleaned up, and the warranty starts after a final inspection with the customer. The company works across Uusimaa and southern Finland, including Espoo, Helsinki, Vantaa, Lahti and Porvoo.
