The gymnastics club offers recreational exercise for children, young people and adults, alongside team gymnastics coaching and competition. It also runs children's sports camps, holiday activities, shows and group exercise events. It holds the Finnish Olympic Committee's Tähtiseura quality mark for children's, youth and adult sport.
Membership can begin at any time of year. Children's birthday parties with trampoline or gymnastics activities can be booked at Unelmahalli. This location's entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
