This veterinary practice specialises in acupuncture and manual therapy for dogs, cats and horses. The treatment is gentle and unhurried, and looks at the whole animal. It is used for chronic joint pain such as osteoarthritis, back problems and muscle tension, and it also supports sport and working dogs, including service dogs and obedience dogs.
The practice is run by licensed veterinarian Britta Henriksson, who graduated in 2001. She completed acupuncture training at the University of Helsinki in 2012 and holds IVAS certification as an acupuncture veterinarian, with further training in manual techniques for veterinarians in 2019–2021. Her background includes municipal veterinary work and over 30 years of caring for horses. Appointments can be booked online.
