This children's farm is open in summer, from May to August, and has a summer theatre stage. In summer it hosts theatre performances, free public events, training sessions and singing evenings. In winter it works as a children's culture centre and village hall.
It is run by the MSL cultural association and the theatre group Teatteri-Traktori. Supporters include the city's youth and culture services and several grant-giving bodies, and partners include Noljakan asukasyhdistys, Setlementti, the 4H association and MTK Pohjois-Karjala. Individuals can join the activities by becoming members of Noljakan Asukasyhdistys. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
