Apartments are rented through an electronic housing application, with help from the Ellibot chat and customer service. Residents find a knowledge base online, sauna and laundry slots, parking and bicycle spaces, and fault reporting. Keys are returned to the key mailbox at the office entrance. The website also covers apartment maintenance guidance, the residents' association and house rules. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
