Founded in 2012 by two building engineers, the consultancy focuses on building repair and indoor air solutions. It carries out condition surveys and assessments, asbestos and hazardous substance investigations, indoor air studies and condition inspections for home sales.
Services include structural design, construction management, cost calculations, quality assurance and supervision, also for new builds. Clients include municipalities, public bodies, property managers and private property owners across Finland. A second office is in Kuopio.
