Founded as a family business in 2011, the boarding facility takes dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs. Dogs and cats receive full-board care with individual attention. Dogs are walked four times a day, singly or with dogs from the same family, and may spend part of the day in an outdoor enclosure. The owner is trained in running a pet boarding facility.
Dogs, cats and rabbits must be vaccinated, including annual kennel cough vaccination for dogs and cat flu vaccination for cats. Puppies are accepted after booster vaccinations at about 12 weeks. Introductory visits are arranged in advance. Bookings are mainly handled through WhatsApp, and owners receive photos and videos during the stay. Payment is by card or cash at drop-off or collection.
