The joint government service point brings together customer services from the Digital and Population Data Services Agency, the National Land Survey of Finland and the Finnish Tax Administration. Tax matters include returns, VAT registration and payment arrangements. A public computer and multifunction printer are available.
Some services accept walk-ins; others require an appointment. There is one accessible parking space outside, a step-free route and a push-button automatic entrance door. The approach also includes steps and a ramp with handrails. The service desk has a hearing loop, and an accessible toilet is on floor 1.
