This artist workspace is part of the NorthernMOO art concept by Jaana Moo Viitamäki, which spans painting, textiles, encaustic art, light and video visuals, sculpture, and sound and DJ work. The place is described as a total artwork and has been in its present location since 2023.
Every year it takes part in the Konstrundan open studios event, with doors open to visitors on a September weekend. Group exhibitions and workshops, such as painting and drawing workshops, are held then and at other times. It also organises the annual Cow Week winter event. An artist residence is planned but not yet confirmed.
