The association rents its ARA-financed apartments mainly to older people for independent living. Homes range from 28 to 42 m², with layouts including open-plan kitchen-living areas, alcoves and separate rooms. A four-room shared-kitchen unit also offers rooms of around 11 m², each with a private toilet.
Applications are submitted through the website. Shops, a pharmacy, library, church and health centre are among services roughly 100–850 metres away. Parking and entry are arranged to accommodate wheelchair users.
