Built underground in 2005 on Lake Suontee, the complex has a continuously heated sauna and a dimly lit smoke sauna. The smoke sauna stove is designed to provide steam until morning. A roughly 36 m² lounge has an electric kitchen, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Alongside is a cellar for sahti, a traditional Finnish farmhouse beer, and food can be cooked over embers or on the outdoor wood-fired grill.
The facilities accommodate groups of about 30 throughout the year. A lakeside pier provides swimming access. Bring towels, toiletries and disposable tableware; local caterers can supply food. The car park is accessible, and association merchandise is also sold.
Leave your group's sauna experience below to help other groups choose where to gather.
