The culture centre occupies the former Korkeakoski shoe factory, a nationally significant industrial heritage site. Edward Wallenius founded a leather factory in 1894 and a mechanised shoe factory in 1898. Facilities include Galleria WW with changing exhibitions, Singer tea and coffee room and a boutique selling local goods.
Rooms of 12–500 m² host celebrations and meetings. Group factory and art tours can be combined with lunch or brunch. The railway stop is a few minutes' walk away. Entry, parking and seating are wheelchair accessible.
