Founded in 1929 as Central Finland's first catering education provider, this private upper-secondary vocational school trains cooks, domestic service workers and premises cleaners. A small student body allows individual study paths, with extensive practical training and workplace learning. Employer partnerships support placements and apprenticeships.
Applications are accepted almost throughout the year, with admission mainly based on an interview. The student restaurant Lipstikka serves weekday buffet lunches and café refreshments to outside customers as well as students and staff. Meeting catering is available for customers using the premises. The entrance and parking are accessible.
