Founded by Janne and Riku, the practice offers classic and sports massage, masticatory muscle and fascia treatment, physiotherapy and dry needling. Sports massage is adapted to the sport and training phase. Physiotherapy includes health guidance, therapeutic exercise and manual therapy.
Dry needling can be added to a massage session. Services are available in Finnish and English, with some weekend appointments by arrangement. Cash, common bank cards and Epassi and Edenred benefits are accepted. The team includes sports massage-trained therapists and a physiotherapist with a university of applied sciences degree.
