Classical massage is adapted to the client's preferences, with an intake form and needs assessment on the first visit. Hot stone massage uses smooth lava stones from the soles of the feet to the neck. Traditional Finnish bodywork is also offered by a student practitioner.
Essential oil can be added to a massage. Clients are asked to avoid strong fragrances. Bookings and cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice.
