Owned by the university student union, the housing provider rents student homes in Kortepohja Student Village, Korttelikylä and Vehkakuja, with priority for union members. Rent includes electricity and broadband of at least 1 Gbit/s, plus water in some properties. Residents have shared sauna sessions and laundry rooms.
Rentukka provides a residents' gym, study, hobby and event rooms and a bookable band room. Shared items include a rowboat and garden plots. Parking spaces can be rented in Kortepohja and Vehkakuja; Korttelikylä is car-free. Shared cars are available in Kortepohja and Korttelikylä. Housing advisers and a community coordinator support residents.
