Construction client services cover the project from needs assessment to handover. The consultancy also provides site supervision of building and building services work, plus project, building and alteration design. The 17-person company includes a construction client team with RAP qualifications.
It serves private and public clients on projects ranging from small works to large institutional buildings, mainly in Central Finland and Ostrobothnia. Experience includes renovations of several protected Alvar Aalto buildings and cooperation with building control authorities.
