Founded in 1997, the construction consultancy provides client representation, site supervision, cost planning and project management across Finland. Projects include new construction and renovation of sports, industrial, office and educational buildings, with a specialism in industrial properties and production facilities.
Each project is assigned a named responsible contact. Cost calculations include building-element estimates and target-cost calculations. Clients have included Senate Properties, Valmet Technologies, Valtra and Stena Recycling.
