This adult education provider trains team coaches and supports team learning in organisations, teams and leaders. Its focus is collaborative learning, team functioning, co-development and team coaching skills. Clients have included companies, non-profit associations and public-sector service organisations.
Open programmes are available to individuals: Tiimimestari is a specialisation of roughly one year, and Ihmevalmentaja is a senior-level programme for its graduates. After training, Team Coach and Senior Team Coach certification can be obtained. Tailored programmes are built for organisations, and meetings are held for team coaches to keep their competence up. The car park is wheelchair accessible.
