The artists' association on Varassaari island in Lake Päijänne runs workshops, exhibitions and cultural events. Its Art Shop sells work directly from artists based on the island, including pop art, paintings, ceramics, experimental pieces and prototypes. Work is displayed between exhibitions too.
Workshops welcome people with no previous art experience. When no seller is present, the shop operates on a self-service basis, with payment through MobilePay or invoice details. Artist profiles are available on the website.
