This cultural youth work centre occupies a former locomotive shed and repair workshop, and its present activity began in 2012. Youth activities are free and alcohol-free, and the youth services' own programme takes priority. The main club room, Kisko, holds up to 280 people and has a stage, a billiard table and adjustable sound and lighting. The building also houses the Ratamo graphics and photography centre and the Siperia culture club, and hosts music fairs, gaming sessions and a youth choir.
Rooms can be rented by groups and organisations, and people under 29 get them free if most participants are under 29. Three meeting rooms take about 10 to 20 people each, with a projector or large screen. Band rehearsal rooms are on the second floor, reached by stairs or a stair lift. The ground floor is mostly step-free, with ramps at the entrances, an accessible toilet and one accessible parking space by Talli 8.
