This private, independent fitness centre is run by entrepreneurs with a background in the fitness industry. Besides the gym, it offers group fitness classes, cycling classes and Personal Trainer services, including PT small-group training in HYROX style and HYROX simulation events. There is a sauna, and Inbody body composition measurement is available.
There are two gyms, Kivääritehdas and Palokka, and one membership works at both. The group class schedule is planned with customer requests in mind and coordinated across the two locations. Gift cards are sold, and Edenred and Epassi employee wellbeing benefits are accepted on site. The car park is wheelchair accessible.
