This campground lies about 4 km from the city centre in the Laajavuori outdoor area. It has over 80 caravan pitches, each with its own electric hookup; a CEE to Schuko adapter is needed. A limited number of grass tent pitches have no electricity. Guests can use shower and sauna facilities and a shared kitchen with lounge areas, and the laundry room in the hostel building serves caravanners.
Restaurant services are next to the site, and Laajavuori has hiking trails and nature paths. Year-round activities nearby include an adventure park, bike park, disc golf, cross-country skiing and ski slopes, and the Saunalampila sauna by Vuorilampi lake is a short walk away. Pitches can be booked online in advance. Reception is not staffed at all hours, and there is an access arrangement for arrivals outside reception hours. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
