Operated by Jyväs-Parkki Oy, the multi-storey car park has about 460 spaces on ten levels. Vehicles must be no taller than 205 cm and weigh no more than 2,500 kg. Trailers are not permitted.
Number plate recognition allows entry without a ticket. Pay through the Moovy app or at a card payment point; cash is not accepted. Monthly contracts are available through Moovy. Accessible spaces and a lift between levels are provided, along with conventional bicycle racks indoors at street level. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
