The charging point belongs to eParking, a Finnish electric car charging and parking network used by housing associations, companies and public places. Charging and parking can be managed and paid through one eParking app, and its map view shows public charging points and free parking areas. The network was developed by IGL-Technologies Oy of Tampere.
The charging point is at the Kilpisen koulu site. The app also pays for parking on streets, in parking garages and in public lots, with a service charge per parking. The network also covers charging point management for properties, billing included, and load management solutions.
