Chief plastic surgeon Kristiina Hietanen works with plastic surgeons, a gynaecologist and nurses. Surgeons must have at least five years of public-sector and three years of private-sector specialist experience; aesthetic nurses need three years of independent treatment experience.
Online booking and remote consultations are available. An in-person assessment takes place before procedures. Surgery arrangements include anaesthesia, implants, follow-up checks and suture removal. Financing is available through Resurs Bank. The premises were designed for hospital use, with an accessible entrance and car park.
