Founded in 1903, the membership organisation represents property owners in Central Finland and belongs to the national property federation. Over 90 per cent of its nearly 1,900 member properties are housing companies. Member services cover boards, property managers, auditors and internal auditors.
Expert advice covers matters such as board work, unpaid maintenance charges and energy renovations. The membership app allows users to call advisory services, register for training and update details. Wheelchair-accessible seating is not available.
