The vehicle damage inspection point serves customers of several insurers and operates alongside an InCar repair workshop. The network carries out station, field, quality and electronic inspections, as well as inspections for the State Treasury of state vehicles and those exempt from compulsory insurance.
Damage inspection appointments can be booked online. Customers can also submit a photo inspection or inspection request through the website. Customer service is available by phone, with information in Finnish, Swedish and English.
