The office offers work supervision (työnohjaus) on work, occupational well-being and the meaning of work in life. Supervision is available for individuals, pairs and groups, and there is a separate format for supervisors and managers. The approach is solution-focused: it looks at future goals, which are set at the start of the process. Sessions can also cover personal life questions beyond working life.
Individual sessions last 45, 60 or 90 minutes. Any travel costs are agreed separately. The practice is a member of STOry, the Finnish supervisors' association, and of Ratkes ry, which promotes solution- and resource-oriented methods.
