The upper secondary school began in 1975 and gained its own building in 1985. Alongside general academic studies, it offers a science emphasis, arts subjects and international activities with a Baltic Sea theme. Courses also prepare students for matriculation examinations and higher education.
Studies take 2.5 to 4 years, and an adult programme is available. Advanced languages are English and Swedish, with shorter Spanish, German and French courses. School, student and guardian communication uses Wilma. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
