This multi-purpose fitness centre brings group exercise, a gym, functional training, virtual classes and wellness services under one roof. The gym is open around the clock and has Precor and Technogym machines, free weights and cardio equipment. Over 500 hours of virtual classes are offered. Wellness services include massage, lymph treatments, an infrared sauna, cold treatments and a solarium. It is in the former Hartwall building in Piispanristi, with entrance and parking from road 110.
A supervised children's play area is included free with all services, and the play room is open to members 24/7. A trial week and a free first visit are available, and a mobile app is used to check in to the gym or classes. The family-oriented business is run by entrepreneur Anna-Kaisa. The car park is wheelchair accessible.
