The construction company was founded in 2015 as a family-owned business run by brothers Olli-Pekka and Veli-Matti Otava and their partner Joni Sassi. By its own account it has about 30 employees, and it lists quality, legibility, professional skill, approachability and locality as its values. It builds residential and commercial property: apartment buildings, row houses, detached houses and commercial premises, including shops and industrial halls and their renovation.
Its work covers the whole building chain, from project development and design to design-build contracting, finishing and warranty-period management. The largest project in its history is the Samppalinna residential block in Turku. References include office and industrial projects for companies such as ABB, Volvo CE and Yaskawa, and retail buildings such as S-Market and K-Citymarket. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
