The non-profit sports club organises recreational exercise for children and adults. Adult options include fitness classes, functional training and body care. Exercise videos are also available through the Finnish Gymnastics Federation channel.
Fitness, functional training and body care classes do not require advance registration. Cash, MobilePay, Epassi and MyEdenred are accepted. Participants arrange their own insurance.
