This is the shared site of the Northern Finland education network, which focuses on large projects, especially training related to nuclear power. The network is coordinated by the Jokilaaksojen koulutuskuntayhtymä education federation in Nivala and aims to supply skilled workers for regional companies. It brings companies and educational institutions at every level into cooperation.
The network's member organisations offer training courses and services for companies. The place is in the Taito 1 building, and the car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
