Job seekers are offered career coaching, vocational rehabilitation, language training and job-search support. Companies get help with diversity, language skills, competence development and workplace wellbeing.
Over 200 experts work across Finland, including trainers, teachers, career coaches, neuropsychiatric coaches and social sector specialists. Multi-professional teams include vocational psychologists, entrepreneurship advisers and integration trainers. Kela work trials and work coaching are provided, as well as coaching for partially disabled people. The company is part of the Barona working life group.
