Founded by Olavi Haataja in 1992, the company focuses on interaction, learning and workplace development. Services include training, recruitment, workplace wellbeing, vocational rehabilitation, psychology and therapy. It also offers psychotherapy, brief therapy for businesses, work psychology and school and family counselling psychology.
Clients include individuals, businesses and public sector organisations. Staff hold qualifications in psychology, education, social sciences or psychotherapy. Most services can be delivered by video to clients throughout Finland.
