According to its website, the gym has the most versatile and extensive range of equipment in the area. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, and the gym is in the Prisma building in the city centre.
First-time visitors get a free trial visit, and there is no binding membership commitment. Staff are on site on weekdays from 13:00 to 19:00 to help with training questions. The car park is wheelchair accessible, but the entrance is not.
