Operating since 1985, the Montessori nursery encourages children to choose tasks and do things themselves. Learning materials cover practical life, senses, language, maths, nature and culture. Daily activities include movement, music, visual arts, free play and excursions.
Two full-day groups for ages three to six each have 21 children. Pre-primary education is provided for preschool children. A support association with a parent-led board runs the nursery, with a director responsible for daily work. Meals and outdoor time form part of the day.
