Operating in Kainuu since 1999, the builder delivers move-in-ready timber element and log houses designed around the customer's wishes. Its own design and construction office handles projects from planning to completion. The company says it has built homes for over 300 families.
Services include timber structural design, permit drawings, principal design, site management and supervision for small houses and commercial buildings. Turnkey project schedules and costs are agreed at the start. Materials are sourced with more than ten suppliers.
