The building has 35 holiday apartments, from studios to two-bedroom units of 28–67 m². Most have sea views from glazed balconies or terraces. Larger apartments have private saunas, while a shared sauna and meeting rooms are available in the building. A golf course is next door, with cycle routes, a winter ski trail and the beach within walking distance.
Entry uses a PIN code. Studios include kitchen equipment, linen, towels and final cleaning. Groups of up to 70 can be accommodated, with bookings handled through Hiekka Booking. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
