Taxi orders are handled by a taxi entrepreneur-owned dispatch company founded in 1993. It belongs to the OTAXI network, which covers more than 600 taxis in North Ostrobothnia.
Order by phone or through the app. Calls go to the dispatch centre in Raahe, which operates around the clock every day of the year and uses GPS to send the nearest available car. The company also handles Kela-reimbursed journeys in North Ostrobothnia, Central Ostrobothnia and Kainuu.
